Duncan Edward Cancellation Policy:

Duncan Edward requests that clients give 24 hour notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. In the event a client does not provide proper notice, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. This is due to loss of commission for our stylists. No-shows will be charged 100% no-show fee.
